Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27 June 2026

By playing QUAD at quadgame.online ("the game") you agree to these terms. They are written plainly because we want you to actually read them.

1. Who runs this

QUAD is made and operated by Board and Sorcery, a small independent games studio making digital and tabletop experiences for players all around the world. Contact: hello@quadgame.online.

2. The game is free

You can play QUAD for free, in your browser, without an account. We may show advertisements (via Google AdSense) to support the game's running costs.

3. Submitting scores

Score submission is optional. If you choose to submit a score, you must:

By submitting a score you grant us permission to display your chosen name and score publicly on the leaderboard.

4. Acceptable use

Don't do any of these things:

We may suspend access or remove leaderboard entries if these terms are broken.

5. Our content

The game's code, design, graphics, and original sounds are © Board and Sorcery and protected by copyright. You're welcome to play, share links, and stream gameplay. You are not permitted to reproduce or redistribute the game's source code or assets.

6. Third-party services

We use the following third parties to run QUAD:

Each has its own terms. We're not responsible for changes they make to their services.

7. No warranties

QUAD is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working but we don't promise it will be available 24/7, free of bugs, or that your score data will be preserved forever. If anything important is at stake, don't bet it on a leaderboard.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Board and Sorcery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability is limited to nil, because the game is free.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continued play after changes means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be handled in Finnish courts unless required otherwise by local consumer law.
